Description -

電致發光用量子點)是以採用(CdZn)(SeS)四元梯度合金厚殼結構,經由優化組成、殼層厚度、表面配體,可提升元件製作時的成膜性、降低載子注入阻抗、增加發光效率與元件壽命。可提升粉體或溶液型態的包裝,現有的包裝有10, 50, 100, 500, 1000 mg,也接受特殊規格訂製(如波長、材料、粒徑、界面活性劑、溶劑或公斤級的包裝)。TWNC-ELQD性能優異,經多方學術夥伴使用驗證,刊登於知名期刊ACS applied nano materials、ACS photonics及 Organic electronics等。
